Move-in at this complex is rough. The office isn’t open during posted hours everything must be done digitally, zero help from humans, and the worst part is the apartment is very dirty — showers with pink soap residue and hair, filthy carpeted stairs, the desk surface has items permanently glued to it, fingerprints and grease on all the stainless surfaces. After closer inspection at move-in there are craftsman issues, too. Uneven floors, tile with grout gaps, broken and mismatched blinds, warped cabinets (where your stuff simply falls over because cabinets aren’t level), bugs in the freezer ice. I’m in the shortest lease possible. If this were my primary home, I would feel cheated by the exorbitant rent, poor apartment conditions and absence of any human assistance to overcome obstacles.
