Overall the apartments themselves are nice inside. Getting help from the new staff used to be good but recently one member of the staff Bryce has been replaced. Bryce was helpful and attentive. The staff now in charge seem to always be too busy to tend to resident concerns. Calls and e-mails are met with delayed or dismissive responses. I only get a response when I physically go to the office and even then the matter does not seem to be addressed urgently enough. I renewed my lease out of convenience. But they are making a lot of efforts to make the place “look” good but they could do better by simply being more attentive and less robotic when it comes to addressing the residents concerns. I recently thought maybe it’s just me. But when I went to the office to have a concern addressed another patron was there addressing being locked out of her apartment for over 45 minutes because the battery in her lock died and no one was answering the phone when she tried to call.

Mirasol has been an amazing apartment experience. We have 0 complaints about this place. I would give this complex a 5 star review, however, the leasing office struggles to answer the phone and respond to messages.

Maintenance is great and very quick at fixing issues...KG was also amazing and responded to emails ive sent in a timely matter...unfortunately i am leaving these apartments after 4 years because they new owners want to raise the rent by close to 500 dollars and i just dont think even with the updates the apartments are worth that much when the foundation is not being addressed. I also had items in my yard damaged by the people who cut the grass and all i got was a sorry to hear that when i tried to email the property manager for a follow up to this issue it went unanswered

Been here since 2018. Really like the updates and renovations in the apartments. Wish there was better care at times with holding people accountable for trash valet. Some people are over the top with how much trash they leave out.

So far we love living here! The apartments are easy to keep clean, and fairly affordable for the area. The only complaints we have is the walls are so thin, even on the third floor we can still very much hear our neighbors.

Transferred to a new home here and the make ready on the home was absolutely horrific. Dirt & hair from the previous residents was painted over on the window ceils. Caulking was missing throughout. Paint job on the baseboards was not complete & there was a clear line of gray wall from where the old carpet used to be. Kitchen drawers had partial pieces of liner that the old residents had put down. The cabinets were clearly painted over however, they missed many areas to the old brown cabinets show through in certain areas. Shower rod was missing in the bathroom. Fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling in the bedroom. The bathroom light did not work. The garage was dirty & there is bright green paint from the previous residents. The garage door did not work. When management was informed of how awful of a condition the home was in I was told to put in a "Maintenance Request". A full repaint of the home / baseboards / window ceils is not something a simple maintenance request will fix.

I love the amount of space I have. I wish the clubhouse was completed, the hallways and stairs could be power washed they are dirty. I wish there was more attention to detail before I moved into my apartment and just in general at the property.

Moved here in January. Not all of the amenities are available as they claim to be. Gym was suppose to be ready by the end of January. Now they are saying mid March. The entire clubhouse has been off limits due to remodeling (been this way since I moved in). Overall, maintenance staff is quick to answer maintenance requests but a lot of small things were not done correctly so I had to submit a lot of requests when I first moved in. Haven’t had the best experience due to some of my neighbors being inconsiderately loud with banging/noises during sleeping hours. Kind of disappointed because i’m not getting the best experience, yet. Hopefully things improve or unfortunately, I won’t be here much longer.

It is a beautiful complex. Very clean, comfortable with great room layouts. My child runs from room to room and he loves it. Very comfortable air conditioning, lighting and kitchen. Clean and pleasant view from the window. Everything is within walking distance.

I like it here. It’s a good place to raise your family. But they have no leeway for mistakes. I had a car accident at the end of November and have been renting a car for the past 2 months. So it’s putting me behind on my rent payment. I’m still doing my best to take care of it

Working with KG was a pleasure. Move in was a breeze and my requests have been handled promptly and with follow up. I have only been here a short amount of time, but am impressed with the quality of staff as well as the complex. The price for what you get here is better than what you can find elsewhere. Overall the complex is really nice and I haven’t had any issues so far . Things I had concern about where take. Care of quickly . However I can hear a lot of heavy walking a bumping above me and I’m trying to adjust to it . I hope that gets better as time goes by . Other than that I have no complaints .

It’s a beautiful apartment on the inside. The balcony is soothing and the location is convenient. The noise level of being in building 1 by the road is an inconvenience due to noise. If you have loud neighbors that can be an issue too. I had one night were the neighbor had someone banging and yelling open the door around midnight. Other than that, I like it here.

Overall experience here has not been good. The dog park has never been in working order since we arrived 3 years ago. The gym has been unaccessible more often than not. The pool has been unaccessible for over half the time we've been here. They have raised rent and insane amount over the 3 years. When we moved in rent was under $1,000 a month for our one bedroom apartment it is now going to be raised to over 1,600 a month. We are not renewing our lease and will never recommend this property to anyone.

I love my apartment, I just hate all the noise my upstairs neighbor makes. The washer and dryer needs to be updated, as it is rusty. I have had maintenance come out for a lot of different things and they handle it very quickly.

We’ve been here for 4 years and have had a great experience with the current owners! We have had the most beautiful renovations done to our apartment, and they did an amazing job of keeping our space safe for our young children to live in during the renovation. It’s a quiet community filled with kind people. They host several resident events, have a cute dog park, and a beautiful pool. My only wish is that there was a children’s park on-site or within walking distance. We have to drive about 10 minutes to Hope Park. The only issues we have had during our stay are that the clubhouse is constantly under renovations, and every time we received our renewal offer, it was $300+ higher than the previous year. This time around, our renewal was $360 higher than the previous year. We have been great tenants, causing no problems, always paying on time, and being here for 4 years. It was frustrating to receive renewals at such a high price.

Yeah. Finally saw that the management is being proactive on towing vehicles out of here. Do not know how the decision to do so was reached. Do not know how they know which vehicles to tow away. On a seperate note. What is the status of the renovation of the office building. We were told it would be done by end of year 2023. What is the secret in letting the residents know what is happening with this. What is the status of all entry points having the speed limit posted. That may not stop the ones coming thru here in early mornings. There are children and handicapped individuals living here and one of them is going to get hurt.

The new office staff are welcoming, helpful and have assisted with answering my questions and resolving issues if they have the authority to do so. However, I'm not a fan of all the new mandatory fees that are now associated with living here. The minor upgrades to the kitchen and bathrooms were needed but not worth the major increase in rent.

I do really like this community. The staff is excellent and maintenance is very good. The rent increase at renewal was substantial and the requirement to switch to Whitesky created additional monthly expense for me, which is challenging. Also, I have not gotten the renovations that most units around me have and I wonder when that will be scheduled. All in all, Mirasol is a great community.

We are done with this place at the end of our lease. Tired of issues with maintenance and the cost has skyrocketed in the 3 years that we have been here. It has averaged at least a 100 dollar a month increase in rent every year, it is now more per month to rent a 1 bedroom apartment than it was for our mortgage on a 4 bedroom house before we moved to Texas. There is nothing done to actually benefit the people who live here, we are only money bags to be drained. The dog park is a joke, the washing station has not worked in 3 years and there is no room for your dogs to actually run.
